How To Complete The Kohl’s Survey Guide
Step 1. Visit kohlsfeedback.com.
Step 2. Take a look at your most recent Kohl’s receipt. At the bottom of the paper, just below the Store Number, there should be an Access Code that is 16 digits in total. Enter both the Store Number and the 16 Digit Access Code on the website where indicated. Click on the black “Next” button to proceed.
Step 3. You will be taken to the Kohl’s customer feedback survey. Read the questionnaire thoroughly and try to answer as best as you can. It helps to be honest about your opinions on certain things, such as helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the department store and your overall experience as a Kohl’s customer. In some areas of the survey you’ll be asked to rate using a scale of 1 to 10, while in others you will need to elaborate.
Step 4. At the end of the online survey you will need to enter your personal details such as First and Last Name, Email Address and Zip Code in order to get the 10% discount coupon. Hit submit and the code will be generated for you. Write it on the Kohl’s receipt and don’t forget to bring it with you on your next visit.

Pat was very helpful today with my purchases. My Kohl’s Cash doesn’t go into effect till Monday, and she offered me a scratch card that was for 15%. She reminded me that if I still had my original
Scratch Card it was still effective till Sunday. I had it in my purse for 30% off my purchases.

I love the concept of the Kohl’s Kiosks but they are not user friendly. Even the employees have trouble using it. I have grandchildren and their parents living in Colorado and Pennsylvania. I use the Kiosk to send them items and save on the shipping. I can’t use the kiosk and get out faster than 30 minutes or more. Even when it is only one item. Your employees are wonderful and happy to help but the kiosks don’t function correctly. I had occasion to work with two employees this last time. Kathi and Rhonda. They helped with the kiosk and finding an item we were looking for. Also I miss the ability to buy something in the store and something on the kiosk the same day and able to merge the two purchases to count towards Kohl’s cash.
Lisa was very helpful today with my return & purchase. She also reminded me that the Kohl’s cash is only good through tomorrow
I was in shopping this morning (august 19th) at the Fort Wayne southwest location. This had to be the worst experience ever!! First I attempted to buy the item online, after putting in my Kohls cash it couldn’t process my payment???? That’s never happened before. So I emptied my basket and took my Kohl’s cash into the store to buy it. After waiting close to a half hour to get help in the housewares dept. we finally took our item to the check-out counter. After they rang my item up, she tried to enter my Kohl’s cash. It said I had used it that morning. Evidently it still takes it even if you don’t purchase the item. WHAT!!!! She called a manager that nicely but reluctantly fixed the situation. Then when I was sitting church, I realized I didn’t get the Kohl’s cash I was supposed to get from the item I finally got to purchase. Well angry is the word that comes to mind.
I wanted to express the nice experience I had today at your Kohls store in Lake Charles, La. It was due to the friendly personality of your customer service person, Bernadette. I went shopping for my wife and decided to stop into your store. I did not have a clue where to find ladies’ apparel let alone petite small. Bernadette took time to direct me and help me in the ladies section. I was like a fish out of water but she made me feel comfortable and let me shop at my pace. I did find some nice things for my wife. But that’s not my only compliment for Bernadette’s customer service.. When it was time for me to check out, Bernadette helped me again. As she rung up my purchase, she asked me if I had a Kohls credit card?. She said If I applied and got approved, I would receive 30% off my purchase. It would not cost me anything extra to apply. I got the 30% off and Bernadette only got a thank you. So I felt to post this comment. You may say she was just doing her job. I say she was providing maximum customer service and was trying to make my shopping at Kohls a complete experience.. Management, pay attention and keep Bernadette at your Lake Charles, La store on your radar because any other retailer would love to have an employee of this quality and personality representing their organization. I retired after 36 years in banking. I know there were some really good employees that I may not have expressed my appreciation to like I should have that went on to work at either another bank or somewhere else. Will I consider shopping again at Kohls because of my experience today with Bernadette? You bet. Thank you.

WE HAVE SHOPED AT THIS STORE SINCE IT OPENED; THE STORE IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND
ORGANIZED AND THE SALES PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL! YESTERDAY MY WIFE AND I SHOPED AT THE STORE AND WE ACCIDENTLY LOCKED OUR CAR KEYS IN OUR CAR; WE WENT TO THE SERVICE DESK IN SEARCH OF A METAL COAT HANGER TO BE ABLE TO TRY TO “FISH” OUR CAR KEYS OFF THE FRONT SEAT; THE CLERK CALLED THE ASST. STORE MGR, MR. COREY COX AND HE WAS WONDERFUL; HE HELPED US WITH OUR PROBLEM; HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US. WE SEND OUR CONGRATULATIONS TO HIM FOR HIS HELP AND ALSO TO KOHL’S FOR HIRING AND TRAINING SUCH WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES.

This afternoon I had a great experience at Kohl’s , East Brunswick, NJ, My cashier was Arleen. She was excellent with her service, we told personal stories about the things I was purchasing for certain people and she made me feel very special as she was to me. I appreciate personnel like this and wish I would always have her to help me at that store. Thank you again , Arleen.

The only thing I disliked about Kohl’s today was getting to a cite to give my feedback. I do not even know if this i the correct one. But, it is better than no feedback!!!
I had a wonderful shopping trip at Kohl’s store in Johnson City, Tennessee. There was this young man
.who was so nice and helpful trying to find the size that I wanted. I am very sorry but I did not check his
name tag, so I do not know his name. I shop at Kohl’s store a lot thanks a lot..

I dont want to dowload an app. I think JEff C at Delavan Kohls was efficient and very pleasant! I give him high marks.
I just wanted to make a comment on the cashier that waited on me. She was so nice and friendly and very helpful. Her name is Donna. I usually get her most of the time and she always has a smile and ask how was our shopping went.. The store number is 0161 in Dover, Del. I love shopping at Kohl.s for the great deals and friendly employees.
Thank you to Andrea. She is to be acknowledge for her attitude towards me at store 0173. At 78 years old it’s not always easy to find exactly what I’m looking for, I asked for her help, she graciously directed me, with a beautiful smile. I wish more cashier were like her.
