Below are a couple of simple steps to help you participate in the Metro guest satisfaction survey:
Step 1: Go to www.Metrosurvey.ca to visit the official website of the Metro customer satisfaction survey.
Step 2: Find the code in your recipe.
Step 3: Enter the code.
Step 4: Choose the “Start Survey”.
Step 5: Answer the provided questions about your overall experience when shopped at the Metro store.
Step 6: Measure your shopping satisfaction at the Metro store.
Step 6: Enter your personal information as requested.
Step 7: Choose “Submit” to finish the survey.
There will be up to 12 prizes in total for the Metro customer satisfaction survey. There will be a winner for each month, who will receive a Metro gift card with a value of CAD$1,000. The winner would choose to use the gift card for purchasing any services and products at all participating stores of Metro and Food Basics in Canada.
