Here are the steps to complete the survey

1. Visit www.mywawavisit.com and select your preferred language.

2. From your survey invitation, enter the survey code and the store number respectively on the blank spaces.

3. Answer the questions provided about your visit to the store you got the survey invitation.

4. At the end of each page, click next to move to the next set of questions.

After the completion of the survey, you will have the chance to enroll in the Wawa Sweepstakes and win $250 gift cards. However, to be eligible for the sweepstakes few rules apply. Such include,

• No form of purchase or payments will increase your chances of winning or entering the sweepstake.
• Entry to the Sweepstakes begins on the first day of April up to the last day of the month.
• There are random odds, prizes, and drawings for a win
• All taxes placed on the prizes are the winners’ responsibility
• In case of a return of the prize, it will be automatically forfeited back to the alternate winner.
